JSC Nexus, a leading staffing firm, is currently conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client for a Human Resources Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization in northern Atlanta and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.

 

Responsibilities:

Drive the development and execution of HR operational strategies that align with the company’s overarching goals.

Act as a liaison between management and employees, handling inquiries, concerns, and other HR-related matters with tact and discretion.

Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Support the company's current and future business needs by fostering employee engagement, motivation, and retention.

Develop, implement, and oversee HR operational systems, policies, and procedures across the organization.

Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.

Manage and administer the company's payroll and benefits program with accuracy and efficiency.

Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Provide insightful HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making by senior management.

Ensure strict adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Regularly review and update HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook as needed.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in HR operations management, preferably in a comparable organizational setting.

People-oriented with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in HR data analysis and metrics reporting.

Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Proven aptitude for building and nurturing positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
